Meyer Blue Elevation Chart
The chart reads by stack. Stack 01 holds the four-bedroom-and-study Type DPS1, stack 02 the four-bedroom premium DP1, stack 03 the three-bedroom C1, stacks 04 and 05 the two-bedroom premium BP1 (stack 05 is a mirror image), stack 06 the five-bedroom suite E1, stack 07 the four-bedroom premium DP2, stack 08 the two-bedroom-and-study BPS1 and stack 09 the three-bedroom premium CP1.
A unit number follows the pattern storey-stack, so #12-06 is a five-bedroom suite on the 12th storey. Homes run from the first storey, where the types carry the suffix (p) for a private enclosed space, to the 25th; stack 09 begins on the second storey, which is why Type CP1 has 24 homes. The two penthouses are #26-02 (PH2) and #26-05 (PH1).
Choosing a Home at Meyer Blue
Within a type, the choice is between storey and outlook. A first-storey home gives a private enclosed space at garden level beside the pools; the higher storeys open the long views over the landed homes of Katong towards the sea, which the developer’s renderings picture from the balconies. The developer’s plans mark the mirrored stack with an asterisk. The Sales Concierge goes through the chart alongside the floor plans and the price list.
